Definitely reconsider the adding muscle thing.. your frame + some extra muscle would look stunning :nod:

Agreed. You can work your upper body and still fit your jeans. A little bit more size on your shoulder and arms, and you'd have all the guys here fawning over you. Uh, well, even more. :P

Well it might be that I do have to reconsider this depending on what the physio says tommorrow. I went for a run this morning with my knee strpped up and it was so sore so I was running kinda funny sort of with one leg straight and the other doing all the work. Think I must've looked like Forrest Gump when he runs with those braces on his legs :pfft: But I couldn't stop and walk coz I would be late for work. Got some funny looks from people driving past........ All I can say is how insensitive!!! :naughty: I could've been born that way they don't know!!!!!!

Anyways so if the physio says no more running :( then I'll definitely be in the gym weight training a whole lot more :nod:

Thanks Rose. I couldn't decide between the blue bikini or the white one :pfft: But then I remember Cokebottles comments from my last pic and thought blue would be safer :pfft:

And its a new niggle. Well a new pain in the arse really. I didn't even do anything to it either. It just decided to be a feckin bastard one day :evil:

Saw this sign this morning Peachy and thought of your club HQ :D

Excellent thanks Rose I'll put it up on the wall in HQ. Thinking about changing the name of my journal just to HQ. Or maybe some kind of code name?? Might take some thought though.......... :think:

Can't be bothered posting my workout today or yesterday. Physio advised keep off my knee for a week and we will reassess. So I'm in limbo. Is that what its called?? :-s

Anyways I'm allowed to gym and do arms weights and cardio on the bike (my mosted hated cardio machine :evil: ) in the meawhile........

I'm too depressed to write anything else :cry: :cry: :boohoo:
