Anyways..... on with my workout journal...

Back into it fully today and rushing around trying to get everything ready for tomorrow farrrkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!! We still don't have dresses to wear yet so one of the other chicks is making them today. Don't have a lot of confidence in her sewing skills so at this rate I will be up there just in my mossimo knickers :shock: Its all good though my shoes are pink to :wink:

Morning workout:

20 minutes moderate speed on cross trainer

Normal weights routine (the dumb one that the gym gave me) plus added a few extra laps of walking lunges round the gym. Passed a tosser talking on his cellphone 3 times. (Why do you even come to the gym wanker??? :? )

10 minutes HIIT on treadmill 1:1

Preparation for tomorrow night:

Lying down sunbed 8)

Manicure (who is even going to notice :roll:)

Afternoon workout:

8km run

Now I am sitting with my hair wrapped in glad wrap so the conditioning treatment that I have put in works extra good :nod:

I'm tired :(

Well last night was um interesting I suppose you could say.....

Was a lot less glamorous than I expected and a lot more gangsta :shock:

So anyways me and two of my mates spent hours getting all dressed up and putting on makeup and false eyelashes and everything!!!! And only one chick got to be a ring girl coz one of the guys got knocked out in the second round

Actually fine by me coz I was practically shitting myself by then anyways. So all in all was a bit disappointing. But oh well free alcohol :grin:

Except the night didn't end there we decided to go into town after coz might as well......... 8)

And my fecking handbag got stolen by some fecking bastard......
