Mitotropin log- before and after pics

am cardio- 35min stationary bike. level 9, 330cals burnt. really notice the mito during this.. easyer push the intensity.

weight training today- triceps

40min total

skull crushers

20kg (plus ezy curl bar) - 30 rep

30kg -20

30kg -18 ss close grip press 15rep

30kg -15 ss close grip press 15rep

rope pull downs

4 sets - 20, 18, 18, 15reps - lightish weight (focus on strict form and pump)

one arm pull downs (palms facing up)

6 sets (light weight) - swaping between arms 0 rest, reps just pumped til couldnt move anymore

tricep bench dips

3 sets 20reps

Good workout- lots of energy - more than last week and on lower carbs... mito maybe doing its job..

First 50g carb day today- energy was actually surprisingly good all day. The mito really helped this through the afternoon - notice an increase in focus as well as energy

8am - 2 scoop whey - 1/3cup oats

1030- 2 scoop whey - 1/4 cup oats

1pm - 1 big can 1 small can chop chop- 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup

almonds

330pm- 8 egg whites, 1 scoop whey - 1/4 cup oats

630- 250g chicken breast

2 scoop casein protein

Been abit slack with this lately.

Thursdays Leg workout was OK... I have dropped squats as i am finding them to much with the cardio and ridding on saturday, have replaced them with walking lunges and leg extensions.. hoping this will bring out some definition. Unfortunatly legs fell on my second 50g carb day in a row and really suffered for it, energy was extremely low.. will try to avoid this in the future.

Fridays back workout was good, trying to really hammer my lats to get a wider flare. Also added dead lifts back in.. its been awhile so starting light and will slowly increase over the next few weeks as my lower back is weak as piss.

Started to feel alittle under the weather on friday afternoon and woke up saturday with a killer raspy throat... I should have put off my usual hour and a half ride but had a friend who has just got a bike and has been wanting me to take him out and show him the ropes so felt bad not going out. Thought it would be a very slow ride so couldnt hurt... well it was slow but it was a bad idea. Now have a full blown cold and feel like arse! Will stick to the diet but drop todays training and most probably tomorrows with the hope of being on the mend and able to train by wednesday.. should have listened to my body..

Day 8

So far i am please with the mitotropin havnt been hungry much at all, energy has been steady and stable... no peaking or crashing out. A slight increase in definition around mid section but too early to tell any huge change.

You'll see a change mate..no doubt about it. Pretty happy with my go at it so far..Day 24 for me today.

Got to listen to the bid for sure! I tried the low carb thing with the mito but i just dont function well on the lower carbs so just tweaked it a bit till i felt right. it may have cost me a slower reduction in BF% but I'm not too fussed. First time on the product and its working. You should be seeing some changes about now.

The gym just cleared out (working at the moment) and had a quick strip down and pose in the same place photos were taken, you are right there is a notable difference this morning.... bring on the next few weeks.. havnt cheated at all on the diet with ... well apart from 2 vodka sodas on thursday but my little bros band was playing...

So feeling like absolute arse today sick as a dog, i think i will have to take tomorrow off also, hopefully be up to training on thursday, i maybe just do a condensed split on thursday friday to make up for lost sessions. Somthing like Chest, tris, - back, bis, shoulders - Legs abs saturday if im up to it.

Diet has been good the last 2 days - i never thought id struggle to eat such a small amount of food - i guess the mitotropin plus being sick has destroyed my appetite

tru?? man i havnt found its helped supress my appitie 1 bit, i hungry as a mofo 24/7 :(

Yeah totally suprised, i started the mito diet high carb day (150g carbs) a week before i started the mito and i was freaking hungry all the time... then basically as soon as i started the mito my appetite dropped completely its great.

Last few days have been quite sick with a piece of shit cold. Today was my first day back training so hit chest and tris.

Not 100% yet so didnt go to heavy just aimed for a higher rep workout, lighter weight but very strict.

Incline Db- 4 sets

incline bar - 4 sets

Cable flies - 4 sets

skull crashers - 4 sets

one arm pull downs - 3 sets

rope pull downs - 3 sets

workout was ok- more just going thru the motions

diet has been 100% the last few days regardless of the cold so i am pleased with this but feel like i need to play some catch up on the cardio.

Mito seems to be working fine- noticing my face tighten and jaw line harden which is cool.

Just found out today that my little brother has scored me a band pass to head down to ohekune next weekend. His band (the earlybirds) are doing a gig called the juice tv snow train. The earlybirds, king kapisi, motocade, cornerstone roots and pheonix foundation are playing on the train down, then again the Saturday night. Boarding all day, accommodation food, and alc all free. So i feel this may set back some progress but its too good of an opportunity to pass up- plus its my birthday and il cheat if i wana :roll: :pfft:

So been awhile since iv updated this

not to worry tho i havnt fallen off the band wagon, that lest week has been ok, workouts were alittle pathetic to begin with as i was still recovering from a cold but near the end got in some solid efforts.

The snow train to kune was one crazy weekend.. would have to go down as one of the crazyest of my life.. and safe to say my diet wasnt great. i did my best but have some catching up to do. I did manage to win myself a nokia 5800 tho ... SCORE

This week i plan to increase my cardio and hit 40mins every morning fasted and then workout in the afternoons il also and in a 70km ride on saturday (feeling pritty guilty about he bad food and piss)

deffinatly noticing the fat slowly dropping away, the face is continuing to tighten, arms are coming up quite vascular and abs are ever so slightly popping through

i have around 10days left so really going to up the intensity and give it all i have :?

Alrighty i have been really slack keeping this up to date.

I have finished the mitotropin and the results are in

Starting wieght - 93kg

Finshing wieght - 87.7kg

5.3kg drop

Starting Bodyfat - 16.5%

Finishing bf - 13.2%

3.3% bf drop

Photos attached (terrible shots.. kinda didn't want to put them up as they dont shot the drop in fat as well as in person esp the ab shots)

The 30 days went ok, not ideal as i got sick have way through and never really got back to 100%.

I am pleased with the result, in only just over 4 weeks i cant complain.

The mito went great, the energy increase was small but noticable, didnt chew my face off like some thermos can but def pushed me through the fasted cardio and afternoon carb lows.

The blue pills (peak conditioning factor) i did take some of these but made me feel horrible so dont think i would again.

I defiantly would recommend mito again and can imagine at the end of a decent cut (12-14 weeks) it would have a much greater effect.

I may use again in a bigger cut coming into summer

For now i am going to loosen up on the diet, add in some carbs but keep the bf as low as possible...

any other questions id be happy to answer them im sure iv probably left some stuff out :oops:
