hi cokebottle, how is everything going? Have you lost any weight????

girl the only thing ive lost is my virginity :pfft: ...nah just jokin... i cant even seem to lose that :lol:

seriously... i dono wat im doing..this is a lil slow cos im not trying hard enough... i'll just post up some pix say... hmmm.. end of september..... last day of september... wat ever day that is!

Are u having fresh fish or crumbed fish?

If you're cutting i'd probably stick with fresh fish cause there's lots of carbs and fats that you don't wan't in the batter

lol i wish i could have crumbed fish... i would be in heaven!

But no :( , i just have the plain boneless fillets... has around 25 grams of protein in each piece! ... which is really good. And i just grill it without oil... and squeeze some lemon, a tiny bit of salt and pepper... YUM!

how much are you weighing now?

I had a dream this morning... I was at my holiday destination and I had arrived there earlier... and i was wondering what the date was... and mom said that its the 7th of october... and i thought... wait I havent finished uni.. i havent sat my exam.... and i said i have to go back home... and what made it worse was that i was FATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Yes, i was so happy when i found out that you didn't eat crumbed fish, it was top secret info and I went :shock: when i found out you didn't eat crumbed fish and that you steamed it :shock:

Anyways, i felt this journal is not being used as it should be... so... i have an update....

hmmmmm lets see.......... i am stressed.......and i cant eat.... and normally wen im stressed.. all i do is eat... so im learning a thing or two here about self control.. something my 'parents' never taught me :D

so yea.. my weight is kinda stuck at this particular number... and u know, i dont eat much only bcus i want to lose weight so desperately..... so most of the time i feel like ive had plate fulls of food.... literally!... i feel sick thinking about eating....

but i guess thats wats keeping me at my weight right now.... not eating enough healthy fats or food.....

also.. havent been to the bathroom in 2 days (yes, ew) which means my body is holding onto anything it does get

my poor body :(

anyhus... so yea i am gona start to work out more (not that i have been working out i have OVERDUE essays and ASS-ignments)... so havent been working out...

ah, who am i kidding... i have just been procrastinating and avoiding what i should be doing, ie., gym, uni assigns. etc..... wen i go to work i convince myself that doing what i do is burning enough calories to help me lose weight, which is true...but still... nothing like the good ol' gym.

buttttttttt...... i have had enough :twisted: (thus, this update).. so tonite im gona get on wit some uni work and then gona exercise.

And i'll post my work out schedules on here as well.. but maybe not every day.

Photos up on the 30th of this month..... :lol: which reminds me, i need to learn some photoshop by then :pfft: ....

oh today i did something.... i did 3 and a half minutes (if i remember correctly) of v bends non stop.... im trying to just see how long i can go for... normally i just switch on a song.. today it was paparazzi by lady gaga.... and so i did the v bends through the whole song....

and other exercises such as planks and working on my triceps....

im trying to keep up the above abs/tricep plan every day.. and trying to do it 3 times a day
