Hey everyone, you may have noticed that I dissappered for a while, but i'm back. I'm Starting a new program at the gym, about half cardio, and high reps/low weight in order for me to work on technique. I will try to stick at this for at least two months and see how it goes.

More details of the plan later, as it's currently at the gym and i only have got 3 of the 4 days sorted.

As for nutrition, i live with others so i usually eat whatever is served for dinner, but i can control most other meals.

My main goal is to drop my BF% (currently at 24%) to below 15% (in the long term), while maintaining muscle, although if i can also gain muscle so tsat i maintain my weight i will be pleased (this is what happened last time so i feel that it is a realistic goal.

I work 6 days a week in retail so i have to stand all day, so i can't do killer leg workouts

As for supps, I am going to use Horleys Ice, PyrogenX caps and L-carnitine. I may experiment with Beta Xtreme or creapure. I may also try out a NO supplement.

I work out in the mornings At YouthTown in the City

Still living at home?

Yea. Saving for uni, and our house is nicer than any place I could afford. And my mum happens to be one of the best cooks I know.

Went to the Gym today, forgot to record what i did, but from what i remember:

Shoulder Press (machine) 15 (18KG), 12(18kg), 13(12KG)

Leg extension + curl 3* (15*12 KG) (3 sets on each)

Lateral Pull down 3*(18 KG)

then I had 30 mins cardio, 10 treadmill, 10 xtrainer, 10 treadmill

I feel like it was low intensity, and I haven't actually had time to sit down and look at the program, so at the moment it looks all over the place... but i'll have a better idea in a few weeks.

I feel that I am covering more muscles in a variety of different ways with this program when compared to my last.

  • 2 weeks later...

Twisted my knee while playing brrom hockey on an ice skating rink. in shoes. so i had just over a week off.

I'm starting to like my new program, as i feel like i'm targeting more muscles, in a variety of different ways.

also, the cardio appears to be working. slowly, but in the right direction
