right time to get serious, after far to many illicit drugs, alcohol and bugger all food and training come monday im resuming a proper training regiment and diet. :twisted:

goals for the year

160kg bench

230dead

180 squat

100kg in low teens bf.

hope all got well and truly wasted over the xmas and new year.

Thats a massive bench mate good luck with that keep us informed I hit a tidy 140kg last week and dont imagine ever getting a 160kg?

Second time dead lifting in around 7 months, so i am paying for it today. I hope to work my way up to reps of 200 by july. Back has been lagging as i have been "beach" training for longer than i should have but lats are coming back will post lat spread soon

Finally cracked 17" arms \:D/ my goal for the end of the year is to touch on a pumped 19" :twisted:

good weight on the laterals raises bro I always laugh when people are using massive weights on these as there is no way you can do them keeping your traps out of play with a heavy heavy weight weight,

Always harder doing chins when you heavier then when you lose some weight you feel stronger doing them :pfft: keep logging the chin reps bro I be keen to see you reach 10,10,10,10

i know doc squat from eastside advocates going heavy with seated laterals on the theory that doing your lighter sets with strict form then going heavier with average form is more beneficial than just going light on every set.

Id like to hear some theory behind that as going heavy just brings your traps into play as opposed to just working those smaller delts only... for mine you get enough heavy delt work from your heavy upright rows and seated press, military press etc
