How do you make it less painful when doing squats with a BB on your shoulders? I tried the towel trick. Do you just have to handle it? :pfft:

That's the position for a low-bar squat. A high bar squat will sit across the traps. But yea it can be pretty painful. Might have to start low bar now.

Thats not the right position Hans!!!

I thought this was a pic of what not to do it looks retarded

It's the correct position for a low bar squat where the bar rests across your back muscles rather than your traps - more of a powerlifting squat.

Must bodybuilders lift Olympic.
