Or maybe it implies I have been so busy working out I have not had time to write in my journal? :P
I have just been busy on course and not had much computer access.
Well when I have been working hard I don't like being told I am slacking off
How do you know how much I have been working out? I just have not been posting every workout.

I had so much faith in you... :roll:

I went a bit crazy last weekend. Did two intense 1 hour arm workouts in the same day. I was doing lying overhead tricep extensions(?) with a 35kg dumbell and felt a sharp pain in my right tricep. The sharp pain lasted a week and so did the DOMS haha I took it easy until Sunday that has just been.

(Thought I better update so that I don't get told off :( )

what is the point of this ? you have no clue what your doing. hire a pt or get some help because what your doing is pointless.

That is not normal for me. I have never done that before. Just didn't feel like I worked hard enough in the morning so I did it again in the afternoon and it turned out to be a little too much. You have don't have the full picture of my training so don't jump to conclusions saying I have no clue what I am doing.

Got them sorted.

Multivitamin with breakfast.

SuperPump250 before very high intensity workouts. (Using the SP250 less then once a week at the moment)

Using Whey MAXX before all other workouts.

Anabolic Halo after hard workouts.

Using Whey MAXX after all other workouts.

Size On and Novadex XT (I know, don't say it) before bed.

Whey MAXX when I need some extra protien.

After everything runs out I am going to use less sups.

Have gained 1kg in the last 3 weeks. (Might just be water retention)

maybe this is a sign you need to provide us with a fuller picture of your training??

to me kiwijuice sounds like someone who has a clue about training and thats something luigi does not......... :pfft: jokes brah
