Pretty well. I Had not had alcohol for a month. Just had a few rum on Thursday for my mates birthday.

I must admit I am finding it hard to remember to eat all the time :D

you keeping a journal on your nutrition?...even a little notepad out in the field will do bud....but yeah I can also understand the hectic goings on in the army...just keep to your training and and dont beat yourself up too much over drinking and all the social and work related agendas that go on...thats just army life bro. :pfft:

Yup I have been keeping a log book for a month. I am wondering if it is really necessary because I am getting sick of filling it out haha

yeah bro...just make it a habit of filling it it and then as time goes by you wont think nothing of it... :grin:

40mins high intensity upper body

Warm up with 20kg barbell

2x wide grip pull ups

No spot :(

5x 55kg bench press

5x 50kg bench press

6x 15kg shoulder press

6x 15kg bicep curl each hand

5x bicep pull ups

6x 15kg shoulder press

5x 15kg bicep curl each hand

3x bicep pull ups

6x 15kg shoulder press

4x 15kg bicep curl

2x bicep pull up

6x 50kg bench press

5x tricep pull up

5x 50kg bench press

4x tricep pull up

4x 50kg bench press

2x tricep pull up

Drop set

6x 58kg sitting row machine?

20x press ups
