Not weighing anything ..just grab a pack of steak..if it says 600gr net then cut it 1/2 for a 300grammer. Im trying to drop some fat off so am counting cals and on reduced carbs.

Currently running 600cals under maint and putting carbs in early in the day and as I feel I need them but am gauging this as I want to keep as much muscle as I can rather than just rip down quick. Not going for a contest ready state just want to drop to under 15% OR LESS..before I go for a big long and clean bulk. Maybe with a cycle....

Don't heat that shit. Roar or not at all etc. Heat destroys it. It's one of the most unstable oils out there. You might as well drink some Tranz Fatz etc. Even heating it mildly kills it's omega goodliness. No further correspondence will be entered into. Rose has spoken etc :pfft:

Am - 250g chicken breast, 1 w/meal pita with a healthy smear test of hummus, 1 kiwi fruit

Pre w/out - SP2 fiddy, test boost,

Intra w/out - 50g Dymatize shake(low carb low fat 117 cals actually :lol: )

Post w/out - the walking drug store pours down a helping of creatine

Pm - 400g chicken breasts, 3 corn thins, 2nd to last kiwifruit...I swear Im growing a green fuzzy skin :lol:Triumph 5 ..just about of these fruity treats :lol:

300g steak coming up with a bowl of green beans, and a low fat yoggie with the last kiwifruit and a shake near 10ish will be me for another day to wash down more drugs of choice ZMA and my modified by me the mad scientist dose of isa-test :crazy:

yea man, zma is the shit. look up the steroid section, i took zma and a test booster (novadex) for a month, and i did before and after bloods, the results make compelling reading.

i wonder why noone else bothers getting bloods, imo it was great to know my money wasnt wasted, or that the effects were placebo..

nothing serious bro...just added 2 caps of isa-test at night before bed with the ZMA. I think the suggested doseages for the isa-test may be more suitable for 75-85 kg guys not 120kg lumps like me :roll: time will tell

From my research I found that:

Possible side effects can arise from taking too much (overdosage).

Zinc: More than 50 mg daily often increases the need for dietary copper; more than 100 mg daily might cause toxic symptoms.

Magnesium: More than 1000 mg daily might cause diarrhea.

Vitamin B6: More than 200 mg per day may lead to peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain in the extremities).

Current dosage is

Zinc - 50mg

Mag - 750mg

B6 - 17.5mg

will keep an eye open for symptoms but nothing to note at this stage except the hornyness :kiss: :lol:

I have no choice... I tried hanging from the RSJ (really big steel joist) but I couldn't do pull-ups... or whateveritwas we agreed the wide-grip jobbies are - my head hit the beam...

So, when it's pull-up day, I'm with Steak.. I wait for the gym to empty out so that no-one can see my shame...

But Steak should Trademark this mumblegrumblegottostartsomewheremumblegrumbleweakarsecrunt before it takes hold... think of the fees you could make!

How're you finding Mitotropin in the sense of daily mood ? One of the things it markets itself on is increased sense of wellbeing/ improved mental acuity...any observations?

All of the above mate \:D/ You can cycle the stuff 30 on 30 off but I think I'll see how its all going after the first lot..only really wanted it to accelerate the fat loss so I can get down to under 15% for a good clean bulk. Fat loss is coming along nicely too but a bit buggered today..a low low carb day that went something like this..

Am - twas earlish 0500 - day 15 mitotropin, 1 scoop shake 40 mins later with multivits, vit c

Am - 10 egg whites, 25g shake, 1 cup cooked oats

Am - 250g steak, kiwifruit

chugged down a 1/2L of SP2fiddy and hit the tready/bike/tready/bike/tready cardio mission..1 hour...finished with creatine

Pm - 250g steak, 1 apple, 2 corn thins

Pm - 50g shake, 1 apple

Pm - 400g chicken breasts, added green beans and small trees(broc) and mushys

scored some BF calipers today so we can check the progress :wink: Measure 2moro after I read the manual :lol:
