Incline barbell- will be adding bar weight from here on in

havent been counting the bar bro :doh: Its not a real oly bar but weighed it and its 15kg

still, your inclining more than your flat bench... you going all the way down to chest ?

wtf :evil: ....of course! I have shit flat bench technique which Im putting right with help of some eastside vids and dave tate vids :lol: I hope to have it sorted soon :nod:

oats, eggs, PB w/meal sandwhiches, mass gainer shakes, spuds, w/meal pitas, tins of tuna 2 at a time...some with oil most with water, chicken breasts, pork steaks for later, tins of fruit salad in juice, more oats...cant face rice at the mo dont know why but Ive trucked through heaps of spuds a few kumura and I can eat oats by the bucket full, choclate milk, bottles of water, wheatgerm, steak and tonite Im gonna tap a bowl of guilt free icecream :lol:
