Oh you did HTFU :pfft: I always do... plus the girls core class was on

avaocado oil

Tasty it is. Good for roasting and toasting too etc.

and just as a matter of interest the current one, gifted to me by some hater of fine things, happens to be the lemon zest one too. Tasty wee number with a sneaky and spirited zing in it  Good on the worn out ole Goerge Foreman fat free griller with a few chicken breasts but not so falsh with the steaks...you could let The Meat God know for me if you like

churr churr VC, BG and agent for He the Meat God :D

Legs today

left it a bit later today to avoid the chest and biceps brigade, the beach muscle coasters and angry solo mums

leg extensions to warm the knees

10X100kg

10X100

10X100

9X100

all with pauses at top and kept rests down to 30 secs or less. the mitotropin is working well in conjunction with my diet me thinks cos if I squeezed wealy wealy hard at the pause I could actually see some separation on the horizon..progress \:D/

Squats... after politely suggesting that the smith machine would be far more comfortable if they put some foam rubber lean pads on it for resting against while ya talked shit with ya mate or txted somebod

Seated calf press on leg press

12X180kg

9x210

8x210

8X195

8x180 and then a fast pumping dropset from 170kg down to 90 and I could only get 3 reps at 90
