lol...not quite...there is a big spinning blade thingy that is at the back of the boat and when it goes round we go forwards. The other day it decided it had had enough of going around and left me to to solve the puzzle of why...long story short, part of the thing for the thing is fucked and has to be taken out, replaced and put back in after I have fixed the damage it caused when it stopped. To make a long story even longer, there is an insurance company involved and I have spent a couple of days swinging on spanners rather than chandleriers which I prefer better much yes 8)

The boat is out of the water for all this and its getting a bit twitchy mostly due to high level of cursing and cussing from her captain and the fact that it was designed and built to spend its life in the water :roll:

Haven't trained for a couple of days which is making me very very very angry :twisted: but have eaten like I normally would which is all good. will train tonight...clear the road :twisted:

BF would be high teens or maybe a bit higher :? but im tall..196-7cm so normally carry it ok but Im hearin ya :nod: and Ive got some "padding" come on over this last bulk. 125 was one of the goals to hit on the way to 130kg so will evaluate when i get there...seesm to have stalled and ive been eating big...ger for 2 weeks to crack it.

Had to miss another day yesterday due to swinging on spanners in a greasy hole on the boat but ate well and today did a weigh in and have hit the 125kg goal. 8)

124 is very heavy mate... whats your bf % like? Dont over bulk like everyone else and get stuck with wide hips and distended gut :wink: Slow and steady wins the race hahaha

I haven't got a gut bud just a bad pic, waist around 34-35 inches atm, and 10% BF at 121kg.
