BF % - 13.54% ( a drop of 3.19% since August 24)

Tape - cm

Chest - 126.5 - up 0.5cm

Waist - 103.5 - down 4cm

Thigh - 66.5 - up 0.5cm

Arms - 44.5c - up 1 cm

Forearm - 35.5 - no change

Calf - 45 - no change

Neck - relaxed - 50 - up 4cm! :? Must be all those deadlifts :lol:

Load up the knees with 6 plates and get Bar-belle to jump on top of the stack. It getting higher and higher and I'll have get her to use a step next week as the stack gets higher :lol: The pile of them both =175kg

am - 1/2 a chicken and a serve of couscous (couscous=360 cals, 71g carbs)

pm - 50g shake

pm - 1/2 chicken and a serve of couscous

pm - 2 chicken breasts with LSA, coleslaw and Ceres PB, 2 apples

pm - 2 chicken breasts with LSA, coleslaw and Ceres PB, 2 apples

lastly will be a 50g shake

Night 2 at night school tonight but want to get into town early to pick up a chalk bag and chalk from Newmarket. Better go do my homework before I go eh :lol: :pfft:

they were only mediums mate...both together were 380gr. Cut in cubes with some Ceres PB, coleslaw, LSA and washed down with a shake Im sure they did the job...sits thinking about the next chicken that hes gonna eat :lol:
