Week 7 Day 3 - I have also done 2 days of flex mob stuff...trying different things so it s all over th eplace with that

che chur bro...Im a better Raw lifter than I am equipped and not too far behind ya with a humble 265kg raw...would be awesome to hit 300 raw like Danny :nod:
