Will probably repeat the bench cycle as it suits geared lifting and has brought my raw up at the same time but not thinking about that at the moment...got to survive it to the end :lol:

Week 9 Day 2

Regular viewers of this show will recognise the fact that I left out equipped squats last week and keep the sumos light as I was moving into a tighter squat suit this week. All that was in vain as I had another gear failure and yes it was another Outbak Powerlifting belt. Needless to say Sports Distributors in Tauranga will be hearing from the Bison tomorrow

These were all pretty good..happy with depth

I think what really happened is that the organism living inside your abdominal cavity was sick of being squashed in with all the eats so decided to make a break for it and in doing so snapped the buckle but hastily retreated back into the dark cavern whence it came. :lol:

i am just wondering what the hell is going on....as I feel sorry for you at 120 odd dallors a pop this shouldn't happen

Thanks mate...I had a chat with the manager today and they will replace a belt which is the right thing to do considering its only a few weeks old

but.... there is not much point in me continuing on with it long term so I will use it till my Inzer order arrives. I also dont have much confidence in the Outbak belts anymore after blowing 2 them apart in a year!

Its not got anything to do with luck bro...product clearly cant handle what Im doing to it. :grin: Ive heard of them letting go before but mostly in the SHW where the pressure on them is greater. Dont feel sorry for me either...Im now been forced into getting a real belt and leaving the toy behind...timing is not perfect but hey...roll with it and look forward to getting on with it. Im hoping they will let me keep them once I see the rep who is coming up this way so I can hang them up on the wall with the other stuff I wreck 8) :grin:

Foam roller and violater - 15 mins

It band feeling heaps better now...near had my begging for mercy when i started with the violater :pfft:

Hard ball for PF work

Band knee aparts - 50

band side steps - 50 each way

band GMs -50

KB swings - 50

dislocations - 50

blue band pressdowns - 200

shoulder savers and other stretches - 15 mins

Seated band rows - hold contraction, 2 green bands chocked hard

Incline chest supported DB Rows - I have missed these

Seated DB press - 50%

Wrist curl - behind back

Eats have been good. Kept it pretty clean for the last week so feel a cheat is in order :twisted:

like this but i put another safety rail about 1/2 way up the rack and start the bands there...drop it down and under a low safety rail and pull with feet braced on the other side of the rack - 2 green bands - hold contraction for 2-3 count = back was pumped and its growing - I get one of the crew to sometimes come stand on the bands after they leave the bottom rail for some final pain :twisted: Rec these!

the lable inside my squat suits say

"Always use spotters - powerlifting is a dangerous sport"

that belt was only 5-6 squat and dead sessions old :roll:

yeah a bit flat today..cant shine everyday and its week 9 :roll:

Into full battle armour this coming week for all 3 lifts ..provided my replacement belt holds out. They have assured me it will but will swap to the Inzer lever when it shows up.

The problem with switching to sumo is that the covnventional has slipped back too...and also the bench focus ven though its providing results has let it slip a little. It'll come back over the next cycles as Im testing sumo on this one.
