not sure yet bro...im enjoying the self regulartory stuff and mixed volume/variety and also im waiting to see what Coach says...

the plan is to hit the raw/equipped red vol 37 when i have my house in order and get stronger...much stronger. no plans to compete again until im good and ready although a year from now would see some goals acheived Im sure.

Thanks everyone :nod: Just for the record I smacked over the 3800 calories for breakfast at the heritage hotel today :twisted: and have felt flat ever since :lol: :grin: fat and flat :lol:

was on tuna and rice for the rest for the day untill the end when i managed a 300g rump steak.
