Today was Week 8 Day 1 Deload week - test at the end.

Bench

Both felt flat, appetite is off and on again and to make matters worse the 4 letter word got in the way not to mention the scales not moving even after 2 weeks of furious feasting :o not sure what to make of that. Anyway it sure is nice to be deloading as its been a 17 week slog.

17 weeks of Sheiko!

so you gonna take a break from the program now?

I will take a break ....a few days off any lifting and then come back with a conditioning week and try to time a peak for late august. Im thinking a 13 weeker (Sheiko) would be a nice change but I also want to work in the equipment a bit more as well and am currently keeping my eyes open for a size 52 Fury shirt. Raw lifting will be my main main focus still but to learn a shrit and to keep my skills up in the suit are important. Will look at some dates and suss a sound plan. A bit more weight would be good too but Im in no hurry as long as I stay well inside SHW territory.

Today was GPP

Giant Set 1

Overhead press at 50% - 8s

Hammer hits at tyre - 20s

Med grip pulldown - 12s

Face Pulls - 12s

4 sets

Giant Set 2

Fatman Rows - 10s

Standing ab crunch - weighted - 12s

Overhead Cable extension - 12s

DB Bicep Curl - 10s

4 sets and finshed with 1 set of 25 curls with 40kg bar

Still feeling a bit flat on it and food is getting boring again. Will add ACV and see how I feel after a few days of that meanwhile force feeding it in :twisted:

what does the program set out as max lifts on 3rd attempts? and total off the three brother?

b - 150

d - 240

so as you see I fall a bit short...bench I feel will be 145 as I've moved the grip out and yet again refined the technique with wider foot placemnet to keep my arse on the bench, dead shave felt like crap this 2nd part of cycle so anything over 230 is a bonus and the brightside is my squat has really started to feel good. 200 and 210 were easy so Im hoping for 220-230 on the day. That should make up the short fall :lol:

is the current plan of attack but Im gonna bust my butt for a big squat and the basically try and write myself off with bench and dead with what ever i have left. Will also take it slower to spread it and get the rests in rather than hit it like a young bull :lol: :roll: Also rolling for a PM lift as thats when Ive been training so it should "feel" about right. anyway ...enough overthinking it :grin:

Bang on the money brother very reachable mate, go hard big man look forward to the results brother........ but take your time as stated remembering comp lasts a large part off the day so don't rush the test and put in 1000% remember ya snack food you'll be surprised how much it drains ya when your lifts are hitting all new PB's one after another mate, think strong attack bar makes sure you reinforce in the brain that this shit is light and smoke it don't second think mate you own it safe traveling Steak :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

Week 8 Day 2 - last train of the cycle but will do a round up after test day. Its been a journey for sure 8)

these felt lighter than they ever have 8)

and that was it. Feeling a bit better ..thanks to ACV I think and was back into better food consumption today. Here's my 2nd meal... 3 protein sources FTW :lol:
