1x220 but I wouldnt have got 3 whites I dont think  set up was one step extra and it went pie shaped from there. Good set up is critical

dropset with belt and wraps to punish myself for not setting up correctly

160x3, 140x5,120x6 and 100x 10 - no rest other than unloading the bar

Finshed off with some calf work 4 x 15 at 100 odd kg on the squat bar

Abs - various

and then played around with my bench set up and some band set ups while I sculled back a shake....work in progress.

Finding it a bit of a challenge adapting to the new gym, eg In our previous gym they had rubber floor tiles - we have concrete floor with thin rubber in a lot of the work areas. Now this is probably better and we will adapt to it. Different benches etc again go back to set up and sort it out. All good and there hasnt been much of a sacrafice in weights or gains. Been a very busy few weeks and now Im loking forward to settling into my work and bustin some of the little goals that lead to the bigger goals that....you get the picture right

coming up ....220kg deadlift

200kg raw squat

solid 140kg bench with reps

85kg strict OHP

the next 2-3 months should see these pretty close as I pick up my assist work with bands, boards, chain work, box squats, carryover, front squats and APWA

Agressive Progressive Weight Addition  in short adding more weight to the bar and getting it

Eats have been good with 6200 cals yesterday and 6000 today and thats with a sleep in. Will bump it up to 7000 tomorrow and check my weight in the morn to see if Im holding 130kg

APWA 8) who thinks up this shit :?

how much is your raw squat at the moment do you think?

I have done a 1RM a few weeks back of 200. A good deep single but it wasnt pretty and I wont to see that come right before I get too carried away

Its close but I think my set up lets me down abit so have been working on that...2 steps out not a wobbly 3 and getting breathing right. descent feels good...so a bit to play with. My equipped squat is coming along nicely with regualr 220s so Im hoping for a bit of carryover here and the weight going up over the next few months. I gotta eat more cookies to fill the top part of the suit out though
