Prep - bike and stretches 10-15mins

Deficit deads - working on speed off the deck and after yesterdays deadlifts these were pretty taxing so we dropped the weight to keep it real especially in the heat and with all the young chest/bicep brigade hanging out in front of the struggling fan :pfft:

then quickly stripped it and went for it with 10x145

was enough and we went home sculling shakes to eat a bird and scoff a loaf.

weighed in at 130kg so must have made it....now what  I wonder how I'd go at 140

my play of the day - Chad Aichs sums it up good

New gym is slowly being knocked into shape...will do our first train in there next weekend after the rest of the gear including the powercage gets delivered on fri pm. Will do a couple of trains to "iron" out any probs and then get the ball rolling. Will be able to vid a lot more sessions in there too so that will help training.

Thats if you weren't eating the profits

would be a problem me thinks. But please send much $ for a feasability study and I'll get back to you.

85 or 90 on the horizon?

yes i think so but I wnat to nail some volume at 80 and keep working on my head drive then I'll easily smash reps at 85 then 90 then 2 wheels a side

saw that mad bitch deal on legs but Im still chowing the pak n save 1/2 trolley load i got and I'll be over chicken again for a while after them
