going well steak, seeing any changes in the mirror ?

yeah..here and there but muscle dismorphia still says Im a pencil neck :lol: 126kg for the last few days so may have cracked it... official weigh next week.

when you do your weigh in how about a bf test as well?

Whats the plan now that you have hit 125?

I've always..well since I got interested in it... done my weigh in on the gym scales ..better quality than our bathroom jobbies :lol: and do BF%/ each month with calipers (16.89% last month) and run the tape.

I am basically trying to get my strength up and put some shape on my body...so far so good and will stay with what Im doing and eating for another 6 weeks or so and then see where Im at. being tall its gonna take a bit of muscle to even look like I train :lol: Im ticking off the little goals as I go 8)

good stuff, had to trawl back thru journal to see what u meant by tall.

I am reasonably tall at 184 so know where you coming from re hieght to muscle mass/definition!

stretched out to 195 just means more eating! haha

2 more weeks and I can start my bulk, don't think will match your eats though

thanks for the journal helps with motivation!

Score!

Driving home and on the side of the road with a free sign on it is a Precor USA spin bike. Screeeeech! Vrooooom! Screeeeeech! Sweeeet...chuck in the back and we're offski......just done a few quick laps to make sure its all tickety boo and yip...its a score! 8)

been a good trooper so far as eats...much the same as the last few days..heaps of red meat but I did struggle to down my steak and 2 cups of rice post workout and still dont feel quite back to normal what ever normal is...so a job well done 8)
