Bowled over 3kgs of nice nadine spuds in todays tucker :lol: boiled whole, skin on they go down a treat hot or cold and are a nice break from rice. smash the rest of the sack 2moro and then be a few days of lice :)

oats, 700 cals shakes, spuds, chickens, steaks, broc, beans, sauce, w/meal pitas, LSA mix, apples, tuna 2 tins at at time, more spuds, more chook, more meat, bottles of water,wheatgerm 1/2 a cup a time, grapefruit juice, milk, some yoghurt but its smells funny since I was crook, chocolate milk a litre a time, more 700 cal shake...my heads spinning :rockout:

and when I see those scales the fockers had better have moved 8)

strength feels on the up, day off 2moro then back the next...may try a heavy dead...will see :grin:
