yip...you know me and dont cheat F all but when I saw that last French Vanilla cheese cake sitting all alone in the coolest part of the chiller I knew I was not going to leave Pak N Save without it :lol: and then....shortly after I was filling the back of the station wagon with trays of eggs (as you do) and I saw a litre of chocolate milk, again all alone in the chiller, by the eggs trolley. I felt, considering my cheesecake purchase that this would be a match made in heaven too.

Sadly though when the choccy milk started coming onto my fave cheesecake I ripped its top off and skulled the lot! That put an end to that little skullduggery and once again it was just the cheesecake and me 8)

That night when cheesecake and I were alone....... :nod: mm hmmhmm it was on like donkey kong :wink: 8) :lol:

First time I've looked at yer journal,

Whats the "123" you cracked and what are your goals?

123 sesame street :lol: na its kgs Laver and I'm trying to get to 130kg without building a massive gut...bit of gut is ok :wink: Want to hold that weight and build some more strenght there and then a cut. I set a 12 month goal for it and have some time to go and progress has been good. Have upped the cals this week to move the needle up a bit more as Im sitting just under 124. Started adding wheatgerm to my shakes (1/2 cup) 3 times a day and that should be another 600-700 cals a day not to mention the extra protein and goodness :nod:

when we gunna see some more pics big fella? :poked: and when are you starting your cut? :poked:

dunno :lol: a wee ways to go before I even think about a cut...bulking is where its at! :lol: cutting will be hard comapared to this foody heaven Im in now :grin: latest pics are on page 26

Eats...so far have been

1. 50g shake, 500ml skim milk, 1/2 cup wheatgerm

2. 12 egg whites, 2yolks, 2 cups cooked oats, 2Tbsp LSA, 1/2 cup yog, 2 cups skim milk

3. 300g chicken, 2 cups brown rice, Tbsp PB

4. 300g chicken, 2 cups brown rice, Tbsp PB

5. post workout shake - 50g shake, 70 dext, 1/2 cup wheatgerm

6. with the hour - 300g chicken, 2 cups brown rice, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup yog

7. 2 cups brown rice, 300g chicken, 1/2 cup yog, Tbsp Flaxseed oil

8 and 9 will be much the same but much less rice.

Found a passionfruit cheesecake flavoured yoghurt yesterday and its low fat...this is a gooood planet! Im staying :lol:

Great looking diet. Wish I could afford to eat like that. Can we get a ball park figure on what your food bill is per week?

$450 for 5 full tummies but I'd say that Id eat 2/3rds of that :roll: :pfft:

Good journal Steak. Lots of good progress!! How many grams of protein do you think you are getting a day? I know it's lots! :)

Mate, 7 or 8 litres of water a day! I would be pissing like a race horse! :D

Around 550g-600gs a day

and piss...sheesh! The worst is your always on the look out for a good place to stop for one :lol: and up during the night a couple of times...this can be alright though as its no too far to stagger for a shake :pfft:

Smart chicks map a city by it's loos 8) Lucky you can just whip it out aye, fark the worst is when you're riding, trying to find somewhere to stop and pee and it's all open farmland and course there's always a stream of cars when there were none before :roll: I gave up caring, pull over anywhere and go behind the bike. Peeing in wetsuits is one thing, bursting your bladder inside leathers is quite another and I'm not keen to test that! :pfft:

Mean cracking the 124 Sir, mean :salute:

you could use a "Shewee"

but you'd want to avoid the usual pitfalls eg; pissin in the wind etc

Going slightly above the belt for a moment...today was eat, rest and grow day so all of the aforementioned criteria have been met. I have eaten, I am resting and therefore shall grow :nod: :lol:

It's easier just to whip ya gloves off, unzip and skwat :pfft: By the time you've pulled over, there's no time to fish round for a cardboard tube! And where would I put it? Real estate is verrry limited! Tyre pressure gauge and emergency tool kit takes up all the room under the cowl and I'm sorry but I'm too cool for luggage 8)

Hey btw, did you know that squats cure cancer? Cool huh? :grin: Rest day in Le Sewer too man. It's verrry quiet. Take it easy Mister Steak I can hear you growing from here :salute:

apart from all the gossip you have a decent journal here steak good to see your making some decent gains in both weight and strength do you have any strength goals or is it strictly weight based ?

yip...the 12 month goals I set at the start of this bulk are....

Bench 120kg for reps ( 6+)

Squat - front squat120kg for reps

Back squat 200 to parallel( I do front squats ATG but cant get down for the back squats)

Deadlift 200 for reps

Getting there...slowly
