arms fucked...to be blunt..wearing a support on the forearm to help, had the cortisone, helped a bit ...new programme cunningly put together by me :wink: gives it some rest days and that helps too.

and how do you know what possum vomit looks like...you stay up too late and mix in the wrong circles :lol:

arghhh old pirate story from a ways back :lol: ... mate was trying to poke a possum with a stick when he found it in the corner of the back porch and blinded it with a torch :poked: ... well the focker scampered up the stick and scratched/clawed to fukc out of him..badly.... bled like a gash and had to have anti bs for weeks to the poor fluck..nasty viscious plantation eating mongrel marsupials :twisted: so I could imagine possum vomit not being very nice :puke: =P~

Am- Usual start of 10 egg whites, 1 cup cooked oats, 1 25g shake

Am - 220g tuna, 1 l/fat wrap (18g carbs), 2 corn thins

w/out - pre - NO Shotgun stacked with NO Synthersize and AEX..more on that later :roll:

water during

50g shake after - just about out of the Dymatize and will go onto WheyMaxx - no carbs, no fat

Pm - 320g sirloin :snap:, 1 bowl of beans and broc and a l/fat wrap

Pm - 1 chicken breast,1/2 cup of pasta thingys with spinach in them, tbslpoon humus

Pm - 2 chicken breasts, large leafy green salad with a l/fat yoghurt humus walnut pumpkin seed and sunflower seed goop dolloped on top...was about 1/2 cup...dont ask me how I came up with that but it wasn't tooo bad on top of the rabbit fodder :lol:

1 mug of licorice tea to follow soon. Chucked in the usual drugs of choice today...no test booster for a week or so (having a play with body) and ZMA at night plus the mulitivit and vit C.

Had a bit of a crash from(presuming) the NO Shotgun/No Synth/AEX today...got home from the gym and was bombed :? Drank heaps of water and kept the eating up and came right about 2 hours later ...was a mean stack though :lol: pumped as workout :lol:

Bit of a new thing for me being skinnier that I was and dont like the size dropping off ...shit happens.

Strength is down too Specter..it's going with the fat and the bit of muscle im losing but "it will be back" :twisted: 4 more days to go on the Mitotropin then have chat with self :lol: the great thing about arguing with ya self is that you always win :grin:

Word...I have leg DOMS. This is good mucho grande si senor!

on this day journal ...I have not sinned and did train as best I could without wandering eye, aggressive cussing of self and others and was careful to tidy up my messes. You would be pleased :grin:

1 hour later - 2 chicken breasts, 1 leafy green salad, 3 corn thins, 2 table spoons yoggie and 1/2 an avocado that didn't come here on a ship :lol:

Pumped as, hungry as, wish I was bulking cos I could murder a big bowl of brown rice, some chicken satays and a bowl of nicecream :lol:
