Luck man. I've always had to force feed my self. Your current diet is for weight gain right?

Im trying to get BF down to 15% or less then I'll go for a good clean bulk. Start BF 26%..stayed at that for 6 weeks and over the past fortnight I have been reducing it...current stats later today :wink:

Weight - 116.5 (drop of 3.5 kg in 2 weeks)

BF% - now at 21%..was 25.6% so a drop of 4.6% :rockout: Can see the diff in the mirror, haven't lost any visible muscle so it appears but will run the tape to see what that says. Will post progress pics at the end of the Mito cycle in 2 weeks.

Rest day 2moro...my back needs it, my elbow needs it and the fish are missing me :gunfire:

have found the strength is down a bit...seem to be able to lift heavier carrying a bit more weight (or is this a headfuck thing Im carrying around) and I look a bit smaller today in the mirror so stopped looking. To be honest im looking forward to this little cut period being over. I like to bulk! :twisted:

whipped up a 25g protein shake before hitting the cobbles this morn and took part 1 of day 18 mitotropin

Am - 10 egg whites, 1 cup cooked oats and multi vits, vit c and flaxseed oil

Am - 250g steak, 1 w/meal pita, 2 vita wheat crakers and a kiwifruit

Pre work out - SP 2 fiddy...doesnt seem to be as good as it was :?

Intra w/out shake- 50g protein

Postw/out - creatine

Pm - 300g steak, beans, 1.5 pitas, handful of walnuts, kiwifruit

Pm - defrosting a few chook tits for the rest of the days meals but going to be bugger all carbs except veges so will make the protein a bit more me thinks.

Notes to self :lol:

Dont get down cos your getting thin. You chose to go this way and once its done you can start bulking like you want to :twisted: You want to be huge not a pencil.

Maybe give the SP2fiddy a rest for a few days and see if it starts working again. Having to take 3 scoops to get a hit from it is dumb! :o

Hey bro..my I have nevr tried sp250 yet(even though I got 2 unopened tubs sitting on my table for a month now) but my mate just only in the last 2 weeks started cycling his sp250 on quads, chest and back days only and trains without it on all the other muscle parts and he swears by it.....maybe worth a shot?

yeah I saw a post about that..might have been you bro..anyway 3 scoops to get a go off it..fark that. Just about done a tub so will cycle the rest of it and then maybe try some San Fierce or something...maybe even something like a good feed :lol: and forget all this tricky shit. :lol:

I use to have a protein shake preworkout but can't afford it at the moment as I'm a student. Looking to save up and purchase superpump and some more whey protein. I've never tried superpump and have heard good things about this product so will see how it goes.

It's pretty sweet. It had the best effect the first time I used it.

Had a bit of the shakes, heaps of energy.

As soon as I put my weights down I wanted to grab some more.

Couldn't sleep many hours later :pfft:

Anyhooo good news...another kg down today..slipped a nick under 116k this morn and had a killer quads work out that went a lot like this.....

Hack squats..first time I've done these.. HSV...hack squat virgin - no more :D and had a bit of an issue with the bar getting in the way of me legs with anything over 100kg so stuck with the lower weight and got the form working better but it gives me something else to work on, taking the list of things to work on up to 2476 which is down from 3974 so a gain there :clap:

Nice eats too. I bought a 750g roll of fillet and roasted it. f*ck it came out niiiiiiiiiiice. Weighed in at 450g. I cooked it at 10.30am. It was gone by the afternoon 8)

a mixed bag of 40-60kg high rep drop sets - 7 sets all up

Inline DB press - 10 sets of 25kgDBs varying reps but mostly high

and heaps of rope pulldowns again moslty light 100lb or less - 10 sets

and a bit of a mix of kickbacks and close grip pushdowns at light and high reps.

Didnt really feel like a workout :(

A day at sea with good eating although not as balanced as it should have been....

Pm - tin of tuna and a 18g of carbs wrap

I've been pushing hard for 8 weeks and eating well...I could take a short break from pressing and the exercises that hurt but ya know the thought of that doesn't really wind my crank or make me foam at the bung.........

train alone bro...my work can mean stupid training hours but back in the day had a good partner..strong as an ox and a big eater...that was one thing he taught me well..eat big! Its a bit unreasonable these days to expect someone to hangout till I get back in anight or to train during normal working hours when im off the water.

Might be in for a few days rest ...delts today so will see how it goes :?
