Moar bad eating today, though did manage to slug back some protein about 30 mins before my workout :grin: Workout felt ok, but totally drained now.

Gym:

Squats 5x5 - 45Kg

Chins: 6, 4, 3

Bench 5x5 - 32.5Kg - had a couple really good sets where everything just clicked.

Inverted Rows 3 sets - 8, 7, 6 - straight legs this time, a little harder

Pushups 3 sets - 22, 15, 14 - elevated my feet on a small box. Will go bigger next time.

3x12 reverse crunches

20 mins cardio ~250 cals

I Do Because I Couldn't Care Less

Hmm I still seem to be a day out of whack. Wasn't able to access the interwebs last night.

Yesterday, gym:

Squats - 5x5 - 47.5Kg - sets 2,3 & 4 were sweet, form felt good.

Overhead press - 5x5 - 32.5Kg - kind of average

Deadlifts - 2x5 - 60Kg - training wheels came off today! Sets felt pretty good.

Chins - 3xF - 6, 4, 3

Planks - 3x30s

20 mins cardio - Tardmill & XTrainer ~250cals

What were the skies like when you were young...

Gym:

Squats 5x5 - 50Kg - 4th set was crap, not squeezing the glutes enough. Rest were good.

Chins: tried 10x1 today for something different - about 1 min rest between, slow negatives. Handled it no problem, will up it to 10x2 next time.

Bench 5x5 - 35Kg - these were good again today.

Inverted Rows 3 sets - 7, 6, 7 - straight legs. Don't know what happened on the first set - maybe lost focus.

Pushups 3 sets - 20, 15, 12 - elevated feet on the bigger box - definitely harder. Have to up the ante again next time 8)

3x12 reverse crunches

15 mins cardio ~140 cals

Music:

Morph - Stormwatch. Wow, what a track. So layered, so detailed and so stunning. I did have this CD at one stage. Foolishly sold it since I only liked the title track at the time. Sure enough, its near impossible to find now and the only opportunity I had to buy it again, I had no money. Fail.

The Orb - Little Fluffy Clouds. Since it had been mentioned... :grin:

Work:

Busy, stupid ass meetings most of the day. Broked my phone - thanks Apple for creating a fun toy that's easy to f*ck up :grin:

Gym:

Chins - 10 sets of 2 - handled it ok, last set was getting a little harder. Will up it to 10x3 and see whats what :pfft:

Some stretches, shoulder rotations etc

Cardio - 25mins 330cals

Music:

Drax - Amphetamine. This track blew my mind when I first heard it back in the day. It was so different to what was being released at the time. I remember meeting the guy when he came over for a party in Shed 21 on the waterfront. Nice guy. Hell of a party :grin:

Shame all those old warehouse spaces are gone and been converted to moar shitty apartments. Just what the city needs :roll: Not to mention the noise control laws... lame.

Got these links from a techno mailling list, so very Detroit influenced.

Feral Houses - amazing the way nature has claimed back what man tried to tame.

Some beautiful photos of buildings and people in Detroit. The contrast between the shiny new neighbourhoods and the old abandoned buildings is incredible.

Gym:

Watched some big guy doing bad partial 100Kg squats, then do some bad deadlifts - surprised his back isn't munted :pfft:

Another guy gave him some pointers & things improved - pleased that he listened.

Squats - 5x5 - 52.5Kg - last set felt good.

Overhead press - 5x5 - 35Kg

Deadlifts - 2x5 - 65Kg - felt good doing these today.

Chins - 10 sets of 3. 1 min rest between the first 5 sets, then upped it to 2 mins between the last sets. Got harder for sure but got there \:D/

Planks - 3x30s

15 mins cardio - cycle ~200cals

Music:

Not much new going on in that department, more from Thomas Heckmann + some CDs i've mentioned before.

The Lost Tales I - this is more ambient/laid back than Amphetamine to say the least :pfft:

Squats 5x5 - 55Kg

Bench 5x5 - 37.5Kg

Inverted Rows 3 sets - 9, 7, 7 w/- straight legs.

Pushups 3 sets - 10, 8, 8 - elevated feet, hands on small medicine balls and holding at the bottom for a sec.

3x12 reverse crunches

Chins: 4, 3, 4, 3 - no energy to do 10x3 :pfft:

Mon:

Squats - 5x5 - 57.5Kg

Overhead press - 5x5 - 37.5Kg

Deadlifts - 2x5 - 70Kg

Chins 3xF - 6, 3, 4, 4 - did the extra set because I need it, heh.

Planks - 3x30s

Tues:

Chins - tried for 10x4 - got 8 sets of 4 and 2 of 3. Almost. There.

Pushups 3 sets - 11, 9, 5 - elevated feet, med balls etc - slow on the way down, hold a sec and push up hard. Ouch.

Music:

Nothing very noteworthy. Picked this up cheap on Saturday, nice wee find. The last track is long, but amazing.

Chins - 10x4 - Uhm not quite. Heh got 9x4 and 1x3. Should have taken a little moar time between that last set.

Pushups 3 sets - 8, 7, 5 - elevated feet, med balls etc. Yeah, these were tough.

Cardio. Other random Stuffâ„¢

I must be doing something right. A few people have asked me how to do a few exercises etc. :pfft:

Music: Chucked some old trance tracks on the ipod and have been giving those a thrashing on the bus ride home.

Friday gym:

Squats 5x5 - 62.5Kg - sets 2 & 3 were awesome \:D/ . Rest were good.

Overhead press - 5x5 - 40Kg

Deadlifts - 2x5 - 75Kg

Chins 3xF - 7, 5, 4 - was pushed for time on Friday but happy that the chins are going up.

Planks - 3x30s

Music: Another CD picked up cheap -

Sad World - Sad World 2. Wow, first track is 40 mins long and 2nd 20 mins. Both are amazing.
