TRIS - FRIDAY ARVO

Pushdown 20@48, 20@60, 20@72

EZBB Skull Crusher 9@35, 10@35, 2x7@40, 4@40

OH BB Ext. 10@23, 12@23, 10@30, 8@30

DB Kickback 12@10, 2x15@10

OH Rope Ext. 15@24, 15@18, 14@18

~150p + ~200c + ~100f = ~2300cal

Reps were a little low on DB Mil. Press but it felt good hefting 6 plate DBs. The Lat. Raise/Cuban Raise superset is a killer - will have to think of a cool name. Happy with the big PB on Skull Crusher, I was more aggressive which improved all my lifts today. Interested to see how my other lifts go now I've got a better head game.
