Thanks Drizzt! I haven't been in here much lately, and I have to admit I've got a bit lazy over the winter - a change of job has meant slightly longer hours and a lot less flexibility with times so no more nice long gym sessions at lunchtimes. Doesn't help that my job also involves a lot more sitting, so the end result is about 6kg extra :oops: .

But getting back into things now - though less of a focus on lifting than before. Now it's more like a 50/50 split, currently just a couple of days of weights and a couple of days of spin. I've only just started getting back into things in the last couple of weeks, so will increase these when I stop being so bloody knackered after each session!
