Hi All, my belated intro..

Hey all,

I’ve been on this site for almost a year now. :shifty:

Watching, listening, learning, nodding my head, shaking my head, rolling my eyes and laughing out loud.

Thought it was high time I came out of my shell.

Joining in on the nzbb challenge is a hell of a way to come out of my shell (gulp.. yea gawd what have I done ?!) :oops: :shock: :pfft:

Oh well, Nothing like jumping in the deep end aye … lol

Now I really have to up my game.

A bit about me…

I’ve being going to the gym on and off for years, struggling with my weight. At my heaviest I was 126kg waddling around on a 5’3 frame…lol…not a good look! :puke:

I got myself down 92kg then got myself a PT.

I’m now 79kg and determined to get down to 60kg of lean defined muscle.

I’m aiming towards getting on stage (maybe late next year). Realistic goal ??!

* your all much more experienced at realistic goal setting than me, so please your opinions welcome*

I’m still not 100% convinced it is, :think: so will see how my body responds to the nzbb challenge, as I’m going into it as a kind of comp prep.

Anyway’s… phew… intro’s now done. :pfft:

I’m looking forward to Watching, listening, learning, nodding my head, shaking my head, rolling my eyes and laughing out loud.

Throwing in my two cents worth every now and then..

Wow thats great progress you've made so far, keep it up!

Can I ask what main things you attribute this impressive weightloss to?

I'm needing advice for a female whos finding it difficult to shed excess weight despite keeping diet clean and doing lots of daily cardio...
