New Program

Hi All,

i'm two weeks into a new program and cleaner eating.. how long till i start getting results - will i get results?? Oh the goal is to get rid of some fat so i can actually see some of the muscle i actually have!!

Program is: 5 x cardio a week, running at least 5ks, or x trainer at home.

weights: Day1: legs, day2: back and abs, day3 chest and shoulders, Day4: arms and abs.

( i work out at home with free weights)

As for food - a general over veiw

breakfast: 2 weet bix, 1 scoop protein/yogurt and piece of fruit, coffee

snack/ morning tea: handful of almonds and jumbo raisins (jumbo raisins are awesome!)

lunch: carrots, celery, grapes, apple and tuna/hummus/beans/chicken, or rice salad with chicken - coffee

Dinner: Chicken/fish/ steak and loads of veges (ok and sometimes a couple of squares of chocolate some days..)

and sometimes a yogurt or low fat low sugar mousse for a desert or late snack.

You might want to put in a protein shake for arvo snack and then another one before bed time.

How much water are you drinking as well??...Need 2-3 litres a day.

As for when will you see results.....well you may see them in a week or 2...different people lose at different rates so it is just over to your metabolism.
