Hi.

Im 24 male and have been training since October08.

I started at 58kg and am curently at 68kg.

I started on Riptoes program for a couple of months then moved onto a 3day body split. Its realy enjoyable and I get super ampt up about it lol.

i mostly train from home. Ive purchaced 2nd hand free weights, gota bench BB, DB etc mixture of Olympic and standed. And trying to recruit my freinds to join me!

My curent lifts are @1RM

Bench-80kg

Deadlift-150kg

Squat-120kg

I havent been able to 1rm a squat for a while because I need a power cage so the 1RM is more of an estimate.

I love to lift!<-------this

Its changed who I am (4 the better)

I just want to get stronger and bigger! I try use progressive overload on my lifts but I feel I put more efort into my back than any other days lol.(still train like mad but get stronger in the back)

Ive found a surge of PR been broken over the last few weeks so Im hoping to get my big3 up asap. (decided to save for a power cage 4 Christmas)

Its a great sport/hobbie/lifestyle. I was a natural long distance runner gone off the rails and finding it hard to comit to any sport UNTILL NOW

Lol so there some info about ur newest member, Im sure Ill check out the sight a bit more 2night.

Dam those are some awsome lifts man :clap:

How tall are you?, you look pretty big in that photo for your weight

1meter 68 I think(but im not totaly sure cose I havent done a measurment :oops: shorter than most tho). My measurments are still pretty weak but do get some good pumps going on.
