OK, a day late on the update again, I won't bother with yesterdays diet cos it was shit really...

did another run up the evil hill again this morning, my lower back didn't allow me to push it hard, it got it's pump on again so I was forced to walk up but stretch it out on the way down...

OK workout was back and calves but once again, the running is doing my calves in.. The are so tight all the time, I stretch them everyday god damn it...

Pretty stoaked with the workout..Got my first ever lift into the 100kg bracket. felt really good, could have probably gone for 105 or even 110, I was feeling amped by then but thought I better not..Will let for next week..

Nice work with the deads, especially since you did them last of all....if you moved them up the list you'd probably nail 105 no sweat :)

Shame about the calves - tried hitting them with Anti-flamme or Deep heat, or even a good soak in th tub?

Cheers bro, I do deads at the end cos the loer back pump would prevent me from doing anything else.. However, the pump is nowhere near as bad so I might switch it around and try deads first now...

Just not too sure on sets and reps at this stage..

Hoping to get m Squat into the 100kg zone this week too... Fingers crossed I don't have another hill run that morning lol...

Yesterday and today are rest days so I am relaxing as much as possible for this weeks gym work...

Will be ordering my ON Whey and Gaspari plasma jet on monday so will have that in a coulple of weeks, already have sizeon onits way over but will wait for the other stuff to show before starting any supps..

Enjoy your Sunday everyone..

ive used that exact stack, on whey, sizeon, plasmajet, all good stuff. will do you well!

Mint, how did you find the plasma jet bro?

I'm really looking foward to giving it a go but not too sure about only taking it every other day. I workout mon/tues wed/fri which means to take it only on training days and every other day, I will only be getting 2 doses a week..

That just doesn't sound right.

How did you take yours? Surely I could take it all the days I work out, that wouldn't be exceeding 4 doses a week..?

plasmajet gives an insane pump, stack it with something to pep you up like superpump and your an animal lol. yea i was doing mon/tue/wed/thurs, plenty of ppl have it 2 days in a row no worries at all, though i did stick to the 4 serves a week. plasmajet+high rep lunges = balloon quads

looks like a good 4000 - 4500 cals worth. In my huge 8 months experience bodybuilding I now have more knowledge then any veteran bodybuilder. During my 8 months training I brang my 8" arms up to a whopping 10"s. I also train harder then anyone one planet earth. Also if I'd been training as long as you I'd be atleat 4 times your size due to my hard training, perfect diet, plus know it all know knowledge. I also have superior genetics every one, but you ready know that from my dramatic progress.

mate, your too much talent for the internet to handle - just typing your wealth of knowledge may cause a massive site crash. for the love of god, please start your own website so that we can all join up and bask in the glow of your superiority over us, and one day aspire to be half as awesome as you, but will fail due to that being impossible

 :pfft:

Pretty good day today team..

0630 rep run training. 8 x 400m @ 1m 16s. rest time 2 mins. Middle reps, 20 press ups during rest period..

Goot cardio blow out.

Tonights workout was legs and calves.

60 x 10, 60 x 10, 60 x 10

Split leg DB squat -

45 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 10

Not too bad tonight, not many exercise but fairly taxed from this morning and the 100kg squats took it out of me, but it felt really good getting the personal best. 2 lifts into the 100kg zone, I'm rather wrapped..

First set at 100 I'm sure I could have gone for 8 but some twit step right infront of my so I could come up when I wanted to, had to haver at the paralell... I was pissed hence another set at the same weight..Over it now though..

The calf raises were interesting, had a spotter behind incase I feel backwards, so alot of stabalisation came into play, really hit the calves deep. They will be really good once the ballance is sorted and I can really load up the bar...

OK, rest day tomorrow, Im sure the legs will enjoy that..

Really good workout tonight, had good energy...

Have started adding weight to pull ups, coule have done more in the first two sets but kept it at 6, not sure why..

Once again, bet my personal best for deads, by a decent amount I might add.. Last week scrapped the barrel for 6 @ 100. Went for 110 and got 6 so was wrapped. Went for another set but only got 4, my first does of sizeon was wanting to com back out lol. Overrall really happy with my deads though.

The sizeon is grape flavour, whilst it tastes real good as a normal drink, I think it is a taste to get use to while working out, nothing beats ice water but that doesn't have all the goodies..

My weight is still holding but will definately see on monday, I think I am still stripping a little fat but now starting to build muscle..

Look at my pics and you wouldn't think I have fat to lose lol, but it is going, lots more definition comeing through...

Oh well, 2 rest days, might actually start using a 5th day for core and lower back stability exercise...

Hey everyone.. My laptop hard drive gave up the ghost so updating this might be a little slow untill I have things sorted...

Had a good rest over the weekend but I am now thinking I am having to many rest days. Going to switch up my routine so I can hit each muscle twice in a week.

The body is pretty well adapted to lifting now and while I am still waiting my the PT to write me a new programme, I am going to take matters into my own hands for now..

At this stage it will look lik this.

Day 1 chest/back

Day 2 Legs

Day 3 Shoulders/arms

Day 4 Light chest/back

Day 5 Legs

Day 6 Shoulders/arms

Day 7 rest

If there are any other variations let me know. I know the shoulders on day 3 will be hit hard hence the light chest on Day 4.

Anyway, last nights workout was chest/tris.

Incline DB press -

25 x 8, 25 x 8, 25 x 8, 25 x 8, 17.5 x 10

Incline DB fly's -

15 x 8, 15 x 18, 15 x 8, 15 x 8

Flat DB press -

25 x 10, 25 x 8, 25 x 8, 25 x8

Cable crossovers -

40 x 10, 40 x 10, 40 x 10, 40 x 10

Tri pull downs over hand -

50 x 10, 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 60 x 10

Tri pull down underhand -

50 x 10, 50 x 10, 50 x 10, 50 x 10

Bench dips -

BW+10 x 10, BW+10 x 10, BW+10 x 10

Overall good workout, kept rest periods to a minimum so the chest felt really destroyed...

Starting the new programme as of tonight so nect chest session will be combined with back...

Let me know what you all think of the new format.
