I always gave myself a challenge, that when I got to my goal weight then the smokes will go in the bin with the 30kg as well. I have still got 8 kg and its not moving fast..........

i ll share my keys to giving up when yr ready :)

short answer - mental preparation and lollipops!!! probably hve to think of acceptable bb alternative to lollipops (needed something when driving)... the mental prep's the big thing, gotta b 100% committed and not let yourself talk yourself out of it! I prepared my argument for every defeating thought I knew was gonna come into my head.

best way i found to get past smoko without smoking was to eat oranges, keeps your hands busy peeling the we suckers then splitting them into bits and munchin them, worked for me :)

never thought of that - gd idea - prob not while driving tho! gd to hve lotsa tools for all the difficult times tho
