Hey man, it has been a little while since this has been updated.

What's the latest?

Ahh yes just a little while haha. Was going good at the end of 09', basically 2010 was a complete f*ck up, training wise and everything else. Would be lucky if there was a month of training in the whole year. Too much drinking and uhh drugs :shifty:

Been back training for about 6 weeks, sitting at around 86-87kgs (was over 100 at one point there :shock: ) probably 15%bf, strength is shit. At the moment squats sets of 5 atg heels elevated at 95kgs, bench probably 80kg for reps comfortably, dead 120kg for reps, standing bb shoulder press 55kg for reps.

Just focusing on the basics at the moment, not following any program mixing it up every session, doing cardio most sessions as well.
