Well guys i've failed.

I spent the weekend out doing things with my mates and didn't stay home to dedicate my long weekend to adding body mass. I've let the entire NZBB team down

you need to stop thinking of this as short term; is not. its long term.

I will be old soon, i want to compete in my first competition in my teens, so i've got another 2 years before i'm 20.

Anyway, my back doesn't seem to be making as much gains as i'd like, yesterday i did, Deadlift 3 x 8 then Cable row 4 x 12 then Reverse lat pulldowns 4 x 8 then Lat pulldowns 4 x 8

My back isn't sore, which it should be, anyone wanna offer me a routine?

try bb or db rows. also drop thw weight right back and focus on squeezing the back relalyt contracting it. thats what its all about .. not about how much weight you can use

Quality gains dont come super fast as jono says look at the longer term a break in training is good. Too much and you will get sick of it in time, and not want to go to the gym

It doesnt have to be sore to be a good workout. Do you do and chins or pullups? Even if its on the machine that supports you its a good start. If i have to recommend one exercise to add it would be wide grip chins.
