Thought id start myself a post .get some advice ect.Went to gym for bout 3-4 months last year and am getting back into it now.been going bout 3 weeks now. Im a pretty slim guy,not much abs or shape so wanting back what i worked towards last time.197cm tall ,85kg. dont know bf%?

anyway training monday back shoulders bi's abs,tues chest tri's ,wed as monday ,thur rest ,fri full body ,weekend off.This is not set in stone or anything ,just getting back into it.diet isnt too flash ,oats toast breaky ,usually toast/fish for lunch ,gym in arvo followd by a shake then dinner .Im guessing i may not be eating enough.Could i substitue inbetwen meals with say a mass gaining or protein shake?am just starting out but guess am on a bulk.any help appreciated cheers
