Damn busy week at work

Tuesday-half hour cardio (running)

Wednesday

Shoulder press-18kg,ten reps, three sets

Lateral raise-9kg, twelve reps, four sets,

Shrugs-4sets, twelve reps, 30kg

saturday

Barbell curls 4sets,ten reps eatch, 24,20,16kgs

preacher curls 3 sets ten reps 15kg,15kg,10kg

hammer curls-3 sets, ten reps plus last one as many as I could

Half hour cardio (running)

Have been working out, forgot about this journal !

Shoulders traps

-shoulder press 4sets, 25x10,22.5x10,20x10,17.5x10

-cable lateral raise 3 sets, 11x12, 8x12,8x12 (shit,they hurt :nod: )

-upright row(cable) 3 sets 40kg

-rear delt machine 3 sets(machine says 7, chart equivilent of 35lbs ish)Another hurter haha

-Shrugs on bench machine(standing over machine, handles on sides) 3 sets 12 reps machine maxed out at 81kg
