Notes on the pics:

its at the end of a bulk.

My last set of pics were around 80kg, these are around 90kg.

Another question, do you guys pump up before posing... I just realised if we did it would be good, BUT i have nothing to pump up with around the house,... and I dont have the balls to ask any1 at the gym to take pics of tiny me.

Absolutely! :D

I also take my photos cold - no pump means just one less variable to worry about if you're trying to get accurate progress pics. It also gives a good excuse for being small... if I were pumped, I'd have at least 6 inches more on every muscle. Honest! :shifty:

Ive definitely gotten bigger, not to mention fatter as well.

Yes, I really wanna cut down... the main reason being, once I cut al the way down, I know I will want to start off on a long term slow steady bulk and hopefully cross the 100kg barrier. So long term goal is about 90kg at 10 % bf.

Right, I've been a bit slack about this, but I've finally got around to inviting our judges to give advice again. :P

Remember, the judging doesn't happen till the 3rd and final set, so this set is more about helping you fine-tune things like posing, etc.

As before, I've moved the extra comments out of the thread to make it easy for the judges to see the photos. I'll move them back again when they've finished.

hey hey

well this is my 2nd set of pics. i was gonna wait till saturday to post them.. but im gonna hev to much to do then so ill post them now

height.. still 5'10 what a suprise

wt - ~100kg

well that is all.

edit: obviously these pics are taken without a flash. these 2 pics that were taken with the flash i might as well post them up too, they show the legs better

Doing ok Jono, remember always when doing a front or rear double biceps to plant the legs first then work up to the arm shot.If you go into the biceps first you forget about the legs and it is an assessment of the overall physique not just the biceps despite the name of the pose.

Always drop the shoulders and slightly raise the arms and lift the torso to give the impression of size.

Here they are - as you can hopefully tell I've changed my goals since I posted the first set (we moved an overseas trip forward and I'd rather be cut for it - 2 weeks till 3 weeks in the African sun) - bulked up to 84kg then have cut since then - now around 75kg.

Sorry the pic quality isn't great.

You are in good shape Brad.

Once again you would look so much bigger if you lifted your torso up when doing a front double bicep.Save any ab shots for the mandatory ab pose as showing them in the front double bicep requires you to crunch down and that takes away the size and V shape to some degree.

Likewise with the tricep pose in which you look good but lift that chest to accentuate the narrow waist and just turn a fraction more to display your upper chest.

Push the leading leg hard against the inside leg to push out the hamstring.

Going good

gorgeous men's bodies!!!

...sounds like that's my cue! :P

One FDB, one RDB, one side chest, and one particularly crappy lat spread.

The "crappy" lat spread is not so crappy really as the V shape is there and at 6' tall your gains are not so obvious as someone 5'tall.

However you can look bigger by lifting your lat spread as width not only comes from delts and back but upper chest as well.My female clients only ever do incline work for their chests as it will give them a wider appearance.

Your front and rear bicep poses are good and show a balanced physique from top to bottom.Just get BIGGER- sounds easy but after talking to Skip La Cour on Friday he makes it all sound feasible

Next year for you on stage.

Good man

First of all, good stuff all you guys that have posted so far, you're all doing well.

My pics are really crap, camera problems as usual, plus my posing is not good, so there isnt alot of difference since the last set. il try to have a proper set of pics taken for the last set, even though there isnt much visual difference, ppl that read my journal will see my strength has increased somewhat. 8)

Simo your posing particularly front & rear double biceps are ok.

Your side chest needs some work and can look good if you lift your chest up and bend your leading arm at right angles.

Ever thought of doing deep squats and supersetting with dumbell pullovers to increase your rib cage. do it now while you are young and can still alter your skeletal structure.

Well done

Like your logo mate.

You are not doing justice to your physique at the moment with your posing and I know that without any one there to show you and correct you it becomes difficult for you to improve.

Just keep practising but if you can get to the Colliseum in town at about 5pm most nights I will help you do the compulsory poses. There is no charge.

Just ask for Mr New Zealand 1963.

How's it going, guys? You've got just over a month till the final set are due. Any problems, concerns, questions?

Here's an extra incentive for you - Horleys have offered some prizes... A bucket of ICE Whey protein powder for our two winners (Best Overall, and Most Improved), and a box of Carb Less protein bars for the others.

That should make you train a little harder! =P~

not this week - that 3 week holiday has really messed me up - got half way through legs yesterday and had to stop - felt like I was gonna die!!!

Chest was a tiny bit better today - hard to get back into it!

But onwards and upwards - reckon it'll be 2 weeks till I'm back to where I left it.
