well thought i would start a journal.

current weight 87kg

height 172cm

age 22

have been back training for a few weeks after a 5 month break from any gym and any kind of good nutrition, am quite suprised in going from 102kg down to only 84kg with stopping over a gram of gear a week to nothing without any pct and stopping training and eating all together too. thought i would have lost more. strength has plumeted right down though and i look alot smaller than what i was. joined a good gym locally which is dead quiet and is full of old school hammer strength gear and heapsa free weights the don oliver 20s weighing slighty less than the weider ones haha but im getting to know which plates match each other. i normally go at around 7pm and is only me and 2 other in the gym at the busiest, its great!

anyway... im back into it now and have even put on a couple of kgs in the few weeks i have been training and eating properly again.

Good to finally catch up with you at Les Mills BT!

The loss of strength thing is all relative though man, I mean you front raise what I curl LOL.

If you do need an occasional training partner /spot on leg day let us know as its definately the only area that I could hang with you.

Either at Mills or Don's, just PM me if you are keen.

Good to have you back on board
