Awesome! I've only got one minor suggestion - it looks like you're rounding your back in the lat spread. Try to get a nice, flat sheet of lat muscle, rather than hunching them forward. Otherwise no complaints from me at all. :D

(I can't believe Jono hasn't demanded to see a leg shot yet, though!)

Ok,

Ready for any and all critique.

Let me have it honest and true... :)

From the waist up impressive with good mass and condition.

Would like to see you lift your biceps a bit higher than your delts on the front double bicep pose and bring your arms forward to accentuate the V shape.

Rear lat spread excellent.Shows good lat width,low insertions with very good traps,upper and middle and well developed rear deltoids.

As with the others , would like to see those legs to assess overall balance.

Hey thanks to everyone for the feedback, awesome really. I'll get some full shots for you guys tomorrow. In the meantime, I did have a leg shot, but without the full body, so here they are. Don't laugh. They suck big time, lol.

OH and I completely agree my tri's are lacking. Guess I have to try some new routines!

For those that asked about stats:

30 years old

3 years training (prior to lifting weights, just lots of pullups / pushups / situps)

And the rest are just guesses.

Arms 17"

Waist 34"

Chest - Last suit jacket I bought was 54", so.. probably a bit lower than that

The rest, I have no clue

My routine is pretty simple and basic:

M - F

Back

Arms (bi/tri)

Chest

Delts

Legs

off

off

repeat

20 sets per bodypart (ala Lee Priest). Yup, I'm in the gym for nearly 2 hours.

Probably getting around 3000 - 3500 calories per day.

Mate I think you look great. Legs are lacking a little compared to your upper body, but you know that and I'm guessing its a work in progress. In my opinion after seeing all the physiques on here, if you all got up on stage together you would win the BB comp. Apart from the Hrdcor and L.a muscle of course.

Hey thanks, and yeah they wouldn't just win, they'd make me look like a fitness competitor. :) :pfft:

I'll post a few more in a month or so to gauge progress with both the tris and legs and try to improve on my posing. I'm in a type of maintenance phase now, and plan on bulking in a month or so. (Lots of food and lots of protein)

Its a Brooklyn thing, they all look like that over there. Its something in the water.

Bro you look great, your back is nice and wide. I would like to see a few more pic's if possable. Like side chest, side tri shot, and rear D/bicep.

Yeah I went a little too crazy with the creatine, so my head exploded into a mr. potatoe head type thingy. ;)

And like LA said, we all look the same in bklyn.

Ok, here's the Side Chest, Rear Dbl and Side Triceps. I've found that I'm lacking quite a bit in all of these areas! I've also never posed before, and my entire body is pumped as if I just had a great chest, tri and back workout. Unreal.

I give you guys credit for holding poses so long on stage.

Ok, more feedback wanted, especially from those who asked for the shots! Thanks in advance guys, means alot to me.

Dont listen to them , they are just jealous :pfft: just keep grinding away pal ,and you will look great , consistancy is the key, it takes at least 6-8 years on average to you look in the mirror and actualy say to yourself , 'Hey I dont look to bad""i actualy do look like a bodybuilder"!!!

Keep on squatting for those legs, they will come , trust me , but you gotta squat !!! thats bodybuilding law !!
