I'm actually going to discontinue this log from here for several reasons that i'm not going to go into. I don't have to go into any detail what so ever to prove myself to you guys, and quite frankly critisism/sarcasim/and doubt are all fine. But when a guy is running a cut to the best of his ability to improve his physique and is constantly hit with negativity. It really doesn't sit well.

So i will be resuming my log on bodybuilding.com.

Sorry to you guys who WERE enjoying the info and being helpfull. You can follow along using my bodyspace as a link. ;)

Surely your not serious !! :?

There is no criticism in asking for a date on your photos. If anything it adds an element sincerity on your behalf and confidence for those following the log that your techniques can be trusted.

Canceling your log (which was very informative) simply because somebody requests something is just appeasing your critics.

you can right clik on the pics and go into properties to chek the date of when the pic was created.

anyways i was feeling this journal man 2bad you have to gap though

Take a good look around chap at things like Body for Life and NZBB own comps and you will see that date evidence (generally in newspaper form) is a requirement! :nod:

Is he doing his cut for a comp? As in a comp to see who can cut the fastest? Coz if not, whats the point of using a newspaper? If you don't believe him, you don't believe him.

Goals for this log:

Strength - To maintain top strength and endurance for weight training exercises, while increasing stamina for cardio.

Weight - I want to come down to around 82kg, while maintaining as much lean solid stuff as poss.

Purpose - To show people that with the correct knowledge of nutrition, supplementation, and training they can loose unwanted bodyfat, clearing the way for those abs to show! - Also to show you boys i'm not lean year round.

He wasn't doing a competition, just cutting!
