Oi, isn't this meant to be a supportive enviroment? :P

Besides hes not fat!

Keep it in perspective people...

I think Nick would be the first person to admit he is fat (relatively) at the moment.

I am curious as to how many cuts you do a year, this is the second one I have heard you talk about, and lastly...what have you been eating to disguise your abs? ;) :pfft:

Great to see you aboard!

I will get back to you on that one soon... ;)

I will watch your progress with interest   Look forward to seeing those abs again Happy dieting

Mate, cheers!

Nice fancy title on the first post Nick! I look forward to reading your journal over the next 10 weeks! \:D/ Looks like you have everything sorted and know what you're doing!

You're gonna be ROCKIN with me? STOKED! :pfft:

If you say so.....

I know what true "fat" is though. I totally been there, done that, and he aint even near it in my opinion.

But hey, i'm not one of you guys so i shall reserve my comments to myself :) Starting now anyway lol...

Hi Nick, with your knowledge of Nutrition and Training, I am suprised you are not including more whole food meals.

I know you may have the mental toughness to go the distance on this eating plan and the small frequent meals will ramp up your metabolism and get the job done, but surely whole food meals offer soooo much more.

I aways view whey as a convienence not a meal replacement IMO.

Whole food meals can offer:Trace elements, more vitamins/minerals, healthy and saturated fats, creatine, satiety, fibre(both types).

The oats do have water soluble fibre, but surely there are other/healthier ways to diet?

Not dissuing you dude, just curious as to your rationale?

Yo Matrix, great to have you on here!

As for my diet, yes i agree with you in regards to what 'some' whole food meals can offer.. But my knowledge also extends into the quality of wholefoods and what they offer the body in a nutrional sense. - Which with fastcropping, pesticides and low soil nutrients you would be 'very' suprised with what they are lacking.

This is only week one, there will be a few decent changes yet and i will explain as to why i will be making those changes. ;)

Probably a dumbass question but how many grams is a 1/3 cup of oats? :)

Approximately 32g my friend. 16g carbs

i'm in

how much is this costing ya?

sponsored by musashi?

Wicked brah! Great to have you following...

Some of you have probably worked out this is a sponsored log.

Musashi is the sponsor.

I found out that they were asking for applicants a while back and decided this would be a great opportunity for extra exposure. In the future i will be looking for fitness model work here and overseas, so you'll see my ugly mug around the place. ;)

so if thats wot im thinking, thats 11 shakes in 1 day?? thats retarded bro :?

Ffs, let's judge him in 10 weeks. Decide whether having '10' shakes was worth it or not ok?

far out... -_-

we're not judging him, more questioning his reasoning. if you told any dietition,pt,gym owner, supp shop owner etc that u took 11 shakes in 1 day they would all react the same way (reguardless of if it was only for 1 day or not) i would have thought that sends the wrong message to newbees thinking its ok to get there days worth (or 90%) of protien from shakes.

just my 2cents :shifty:

Yea, i'm watching this with interest, as nick is similar stats to me, although another 10KG of muscle and total weight...

I was just questioning it, not suggesting that he is wrong, because if he is successful, then i may base my cut off his, and if that is the case, it would help to understand what he is doing. and as always, I'm here to learn.
