So I woke up this morning feeling a bit groggy. I figured a session at the gym would see me right (back day). Halfway through my seated rows I get all dizzy and realise I can't even finish the set. So I've called in sick and have come home. This is the first sick day I've had in two years (not counting "I'm sick but really I'm up the mountain" sick days). I'm bored already. What does one do when at home during the day? I'm not exactly bedridden sick - just, can't face work and people sort of sick.

I guess it'll be a day of NZBB and Sky? Perhaps even a nap. Although I cannot stand sleeping in let alone sleeping during the day.

Knitting rocks! I have beanies galore at home, as I can't stand it when I want to watch something on tv, just staring at the screen - I need to be doing something as well, so knitting is great. It's terrible when I want to go see a movie though - I'm the same at the cinema, can't stand just sitting and wish I could bring something with me to do at the same time  I just end up fidgeting a lot and annoying everyone around me with my constant leg crossing and uncrossing

Bwahahaha I do that too! As much as a love film, I can't stand going to the cinema. I become distracted by those around me. Went to see Inglorious Basterds last night and as good as it was, I couldn't wait to get out. 2.5 hours in one seat is just too much for me. Would prefer my sleeping bag on the couch.

When we were in Wanaka we went to Cinema Paradiso and were first in line so got to sit in the car - that wasn't too bad and I wasn't too fidgety. But then again, that was a night I decided 'what the hell' and shared a bottle (or so) of wine with hubby, so the time didn't drag too much like it normally would in a cinema

Yep - they make them so that they are fresh out of the oven and just at the perfect warm temperature for eating at the intermission. I might have had one, and it might have been delicious
