Nice work VC. Got any pics?

Did you try the PB mountain wraps this time? Is the food aspect getting easier with repeat attempts, etc?

no but will get some pics in a couple weeks time. Keen to spend at least half the day doing park stuff next time. I've been living on oats, tuna wraps and protein bars up there. It's easy as now :)

Right, measurement time!

Weight - 62.8kg

Height - 172cm

Tanita Machine (Athletic Setting) - 24.5% bf

Skinfold Measurements - 19% bf

So I'm kinda at a loss as to what I am in regards to bf measurements but anything is better than the 28% reading I got last time!

Bit of an average workout today cause I had to workout in the arvo (and have my measurements taken in the morning). Didn't really have my workout mojo today and I'm gonna make up some of my back workout on my cardio day (Sat)

Man, its a completely different vibe compared to mornings. I'm not sure about other gyms, but its a total meat market at Exodus! All the guys checking you out etc The gym goers in the morning seem a little more focused on their workouts.

Anywho....

Wednesday - Chest and Back

BB Bench Press 15 x 20kg, 8 x 40kg, 8 x 40kg, 4 x 45kg, 4 x 45kg (last two sets with spotter)

DB Incline Press 10 x 12.5kg, 8 x 12.5kg x 3

Lat Pulldown 15 x 26kg, 10 x 33kg, 8 x 33kg, 4 x 40kg

Cable Cross Over 8 x 7.5kg (each side) x 4

Seated Cable Row 10 x 33kg x 2, 8 x 40kg

Feeling a bit bleh. Time for my chicken and veg soup.

oh..maybe they wont look at you anymore when you start your sp250? They might get intimidated by you if sp250 brings out the monsta in u. :pfft:

Shoulders

DB Shoulder Press 10 x 10kg, 10 x 10kg, 8 x 12.5kg, 6 x 12.5kg

Side Raises 10 x 7kg x 4

Front Raise - Plate 10 x 10kg x 3

Went to do upright rows and kinda strained my neck so gave it a miss and did some ab work. Basically, I had a bit of a fall up the mountain and hit my head pretty hard on some ice (luckily I was wearing a helmet). I was too busy checking out my man in the park and my board caught onto a rock and swung me round. SHAME. So my neck has been pretty stiff since then. I'll add in a few extra shoulder and abs exercises on my arm day this Sat.

Friday - Legs

Took my weights down a notch today, to really work on my form. I've been trying to go as heavy as I can and ruining my posture etc in the process.

BB Squats BW x 15, 20kg x 12, 30kg x 12, 30kg x 12

Leg Extensions - Toes outwards 15 x 26kg, 10 x 33kg, 10 x 33kg, 8 x 40kg

Lying Leg Curls 12 x 20kg, 12 x 25kg, 12 x 32kg

Lunges 10kg x length of gym x 2

Feeling a bit sick - need some food! :twisted:

Right, so I've had a chat to my new trainer and we've decided to aim for figure in Taranaki in November. It's a bit sooner than what I'd like, as I reckon I have a bit more work to do - but I'm gonna go as hard as I can until then and see how I go.

I start my new plan on Wednesday. Watch this space.

Saturday - Arms

Had a nice jog down to the gym from Brooklyn, which was quite a good warm up.

BB Bicep Curls 12 x 15kg x 2, 10 x 17.5kg, x 2

DB Curls 12 x 6kg x 2, 10 x 8kg x 2

Concentration Curls 12 x 6kg x 2, 10 x 7kg

The squigly (?) bar Bicep Curl 15kg x 10 x 2

Tricep Pulldowns 12 x 15kg x 2, 8 x 20kg x 2

Bar Pushdown 3 sets x 10 (can't remember weight) s/s

Bench Dips 3 sets x 12

Hitting the town with the ladies tonight - will be a combined 27th between three chicks and a semi engagement party. It'll get dangerous! So I've allowed myself a couple wines (have a bottle of that 8% rose). Will treat myself tonight before I get into my new training next week. Although it'll only take me one glass before I'm hammered, I'm such a light weight these days! Plus my mates have been a lot more understanding now - and think its awesome I've gone all hardcore on my training. Taranaki here I come
