Nope I have a trainer sorting my nutrition at the mo. She's currently preparing a couple of figure ladies so I figured she knew a thing or two. It's hard to put all your trust into one person though but I don't know a heck of a lot so sort of have to.

Yeah I felt weird doing drag curls at first, and got a few "what the hell is she doing?" sort of looks but just kept at it. Gets a good pump so must be a good thing!

Got a new diet programme to help me drop some weight, as in cutting the carbs even further and adding in some good fats. I'm going to turn into a mad woman I tell ya! My training has also changed:

Thursday REST

Friday Hamstrings and Abs

Saturday Chest and Cardio

Sunday Back and Cardio

I'm quite excited about it (not the eating though!), lots of heavy movements and back to hitting the bench, also getting some deads in there. Should be fun!

Heading to Taranaki this weekend for some whanau time, might get in a last decent cheat of boil up (watercress and pork bones =P~ =P~ ). Will try keep away from the dough boys and white bread though.
