Oooh - I'm getting really good at this 'work out who forum people are in real life' game - I think I saw you at Remarks last season. I remember you telling me what you'd be wearing, and I looked out for you, and now that you've posted that pic, I know it was you (but most times you were too far away from me in the lift queue or zooming past me while I snailed my way down the hill :lol: ). Next time I'll say hi!

That's hilarious! You were wearing lilac is that right? I think I saw two lilac jackets so I wasn't sure if I should approach either person! Definitely come and say hi next time - although I'm hoping to have a new jacket this season. I'll let you know if I have a new look!

Another pic. Usually I'd be a little more careful posting pics of myself on the net (especially with my face). But these have already made an appearance on Facebook etc so I can't say I'm really bothered.

CC - will keep an eye out for you this season then :) (And don't worry, I don't remember either of the lilac jackets being bad at all!)

Ooooh nice and sore this morning. I haven't had that feeling in so long!

I'm slowly easing my way back into weights (light), as I don't want to tempt the gods with another injury.

FRIDAY

Lat pulldown 4 x 15

Seated Row 4 x 15

Shoulder Press 4 x 12

Side Raises 4 x 15

Rear Delts 4 x 15

Abs

M1: Preworkout shake

M2: 1C Oats, 2T Raisins

M3: P.Shake

M4: 185g Tuna, 2C veg

M5: Trim flat white, kebab burger, WW dessert

As you can see I'm not eating 100% clean at the moment. Let's just say I'm making up for not indulging over Christmas. At this stage I'll probably have two days like this per week. I'm only on maintenance for the next month I would say - I need to have a bit of fun at the mo.

Day off today. Went to a party last night (and drank my low alcohol wine). Went to leave, go to the top of the concrete steps and thought "hmmmm, I would hate to fall down these."

Yes that's right, I went tumbling down them head first. I remember my heel slipping and thinking "oh f*ck, here we go, just take it" and making an effort to keep my head safe. I went tumbling into the closed gate, got up, dusted off the humiliation and got into my cab. Only have a few scrapes on me but damn that was scary!

Oh no poor you! I know that feeling, when you're sure that something is about to happen, and I often get it when there are slippery steps or something similar around. Normally having the thought is enough to give me time to grasp a hand rail or whatever. Most of the time but not always! Hope you're ok and that nothing else injury-wise surfaces in the next day or so.

Just a basic cardio session today. I had a ladies lunch on Saturday which involved bubbly and mini-cakes. I'd prepared for it so I went ahead and indulged :) But now I have food hangover so don't have the energy for weights today.

Right, I am in need of some breakfast ideas. I'm officially over oats and eggs for the time being (yes I know, weird) and of course I don't want to resort to those horrible cereals.

I was thinking tuna on vogels? I know bread is not idea but I'm a bit stuck on this one! Smoothies make me a little bloaty but I could give them a go.

Thanks Becbec - I may make those my weekend treats (since I don't have access to a decent kitchen at work). At the mo, my daily plan is looking a bit like this:

M1: 2 vogels, 85g tuna, tomato

M2: Protein shake

M3: 185g tuna, 2C veg (peas, salad, tomato, gherkin), half an avocado

M4: Fruit and nuts

M5: Protein shake

M6: 150g meat, 2C veg, half an avocado

Two cheats per week.

As you can see I'm taking a very relaxed approach at the moment. I'm not really 'cutting' or anything at the moment, just trying to keep my energy up and enjoying the summer (if we can call this summer).

In terms of training, I'm doing about 3 x cardio and 3 x weights.

Feels quite nice to be honest - not to be worrying as much as I did last year :)

Relaxed is good I reckon. It's probably not a scientific fact, but often I find that when I'm more relaxed about things, I get results. Case in point - I've almost got triceps now - no sign of them at the end of last year when I was attempting to cut, but now that I'm chilling and just enjoying my workouts and not bothering with a food diary for a while, out pop the tris!

And you gotta have cheat meals I reckon - keeps you sane!

Yes I agree, I've been more happier with my figure ever since I toned it down a bit. More people have been commenting too which is great.

Had a BBQ last night so had quite the meat session =P~ (with a couple pieces of garlic bread :shifty: )

Have an acting workshop today. After my little pageant, the judges approached me and said I ought to give acting a go. I'll def give it a try, who knows, I might be really terrible at it and it will lead nowhere but today will tell.

Right, I am in need of some breakfast ideas.

At the moment I'm doing breakfast smoothies I make double and have one at home when I wake up and one at work.

This is my recipe for a double shake

x4 scoops PP

1 cup oats

x2 bananas

big slug of frozen blueberries

sometimes honey

enough water to blend

shove all in blender drink half and put half in thermos and take to work.
