Just made a big test batch of my protein pancakes. Going for a week long diet of these next week plus a few supps, can't be any worse nutritionally than nick smith's diet right? haha.

Its just that you have similar stats to one of my training buddies except she cant deadlift as much as you and I spot her on bench. Guess I have to push her harder! :)

ah ok cool. my bench is really low at the moment because its only my second session of flat bench, i was around 45kgs previously. and my deads have a long way to come up too

yeah i got that email, just gotta convince my new boss -> goal for tomorrow :) did you go last year???

I skipped last year and went to their LaunchWave '08 earlier in the year at SjyCity, got all the new 2008 stuff at that so figured ITechEd would be a repeat of that. Not sure what to expect this year - yeah convince the boss it's for the greater good and all that :pfft:

Did the shoulders in about 7 minutes, holy crap I can hardly move my arms.

Diet from yesterday

9am: Protein pancakes

11.30am: Protein pancakes

3.30pm: Protein pancakes

5.00pm: Protein pancakes

8.30pm: 80g chicken, carrot

Should be very similar for today

Recipe:

500g lite Cottage Cheese (whole big tub)

125g cream cheese (half normal size tub)

60g of whey isolate (Reactiv or whatever you use) (2 american scoops)

1 egg

water (about 1.3 cup)

1/3c bran flakes (i use healtharies - store in fridge or freezer or they will go off)

2 tbsp white flour

1 tsp baking soda

Chuck all wet ingredients in food processor together. Obviously don't put the whole egg shell and all in... Blend for about 30 seconds untill all mixed in and completely smooth.

Add isolate, 1/3 cup of bran flakes, baking powder, and flour and blend until smooth.

Pour into pan in small pancake sized batches and cook until bubbles appear on the top side then flip and cook until done.

I havent added the nutritional info for the flour/bran yet but it is minimal.

Cals = 1,077

Fat = 47g

Cholest = 347mg

Sodium = 883mg

Carbs = 23g

Sugars = 5g

Fiber = ?g (bran)

Protein = 129g

That + some chicken = my whole days worth of food this week :D health factor = 0.
