I don't know what my BF is at right now tbh. I have been weighing in on some tanitas but they are way crazy varying 5% if u get on and off again.. and Im 31% on them. My last caliper test I was at 26%, and I think I was just a little bit fatter than I am now.

I'm 173 so a little taller but yeah pretty close!!

Yep there and back is just over 20km I have that to look forward to in a couple of months!! I always carry enough money for a bus in case I over do it!!

you are looking GREAT laura, not sure what your bf goals? because your looking pretty lean and firm for someone not looking to compete!

and yeah, tanitas suck! had tanitas and callipers done in the same consult last week, tanitas put me at 23%, callipers 19. But the tanitas said id LOST lbm, and yet i was up by nearly 5kgs! and lifts were up. So imo, tanita info is not at all valid for readings - callipers and tape, as tfb would say. FTR, no way ive lost mass!!

Aw thanks you guys making me blush haha. I just need to harden up my legs, I really should have put them in the pic but just ew no can't. Totally agree. Oh, just fyi - never do tanita with Stockings on haha makes it even worse. Yeah I completely agree they are rubbish.

It's in my training for the marathon in November, the longest run on the build up to it is 36km! So that's to St Helliers and back then up around Ponsonby then home :pale: But there will also plenty of out and backs to St Helliers before then!! gulp!

Thanks I know I need to harden up. Same applies to work and my 2 other things I'm trying to get off the ground, I just need to do it or own the consequences :)

FYI today and yesterday have been bang on :)

And yes - cutting out sugar is part of my plan, I am addicted.

Hehehehe. Yeah today is an AWESOME DAY!!!!!!!!! lol. I'm just so stoked, I dunno if its my fake tan or hair or what lol thats making the differenct but I looked in the mirror and I was like, yay.. my arms are really coming out, I can see shoulder and bicep definition when I am relaxed, and my legs are coming along slowly. And hubby said diet is definately working yay.

Had a protein shake for breakfast!!!!! This is a first since I did the 2 weeks of the diet Jo gave me ages ago. TBH I forgot how nice syntha 6 is hehehe.

Well had my weigh in this morning... well afternoon because I was so hung over I forgot to wake up etc lol.

Down 1.2kgs, yay, all my hard work is paying off, or maybe its just from the insane night out I had last night... because I never drink.. somehow I got coaxed into drinking by my gfs... kaos lol. Oh well on the plus side I'm so hungover I doubt I will be eating any bad food this weekend :oP

Also dominated my saturday morning run yesterday woot. I'm now at my sticky weight.. Where I feel kinda good and so the temptation to be lazy normally sets in. Although this time I feel so motivated to keep going and see how much better I can get yays
