Hi i'm lee, been looking at this site for the last few weeks. Want to get more out of my training and diet so thought i'd start a journal and hopefully you guys will critique me. I'm 122kg, 6.2-6.3 and 22 years old. My max bench is 130kg.

My main goals are to 1) loose fat 2) build muscle 3) increase strength.

Have been training for about a year. Will post some photos soon.
