Without further adue I would like to begin my first, last and only bodybuilding training diary.

My reasons for doing a diary aren't all that different to you others on this forum. We want to get complimented by other members because we get no compliments outside of this board, we want to boost our egos online because our self esteem is so damn low, we want to lie about how much weight we can lift because we are so weak! And many other sick reasons.

So without delay I will be starting my diary tonight, I will be training back which will include the Latissimus Dorsi and Trapezius muscles, Rhomboideus major muscles, Rhomboideus minor muscles and last but not least the Levator Scapulae muscle.

One other point I'd like to point out is that I'm currently learning spanish so some of this might be in spanish, but don't mind me.

I will endeavor to enter my huge back workout in tonight.

I don't consider my self genetically gifted, I just eat more then most people an that's what makes or breaks people in this game.

Ok, so what do u eat? How much do u eat? And what is your lean body mass and your fat mass?

I'm not out to joke around, this is serious bussiness. We aren't all huge mass monsters like yourself.

Fat mass = to much, but tolerating a little fat will give me maximum gains wile I spend the next year bulking, trying to add more size.

My diet is basicly chopchop chicken every three hours, with brown rice. 8 eggs in the morning with a cup of porridge, an one red meat meal a day. The more you grow that more you need to eat.

Have a look at mine an other peoples diets to see what you should be eating. You can make some very quick gains when you first start if you train hard an eat right.

"huge mass monster" I intend to be one day. :lol:

Nar you don't need to be fat, it just works for me. \:D/ Though some people get hung up on maintaining a 6pack, an that could hold you back it you weren't prepared to sacrifice them. Due to the amount of carbs an fats that needs to be consumed for decent growth.

are you one of these guys that is always overweight and maintains he is in a bulking stage all year round

just face it maybe you are fat and getting a 6pak will be too much hard work and effort for you.

dont disguise the fact that your lazy and its easier to eat shiloads stay reasonably strong and think that because you are bigger than the average person you get compliments about being big you want to stay that way.

No you are a hater, you weren't just asking a question. I'm going to bulk for a year so when I eventually cut I'll be at a competitive level. I've been in this game 5minutes an I've already done a cut, so I know what's required. Just worry about your self bro.

for someone that opted in to the playground and then bitched about the lack of bbing convo in there, looking through your posts you dont actually seem interested in bbing, just stirring shit.

So, as the mods will tell you, if you use this site how its intended you will learn alot - but if you keep slinging bullshit around and dont actually say/ask anything serious, noone that can help you will take you seriously.
